At Zag Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zag Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
